Steps to Enable Aero Glass in Windows 8.1 Update 1

 1-WIN+R and type regedit
go to the following directory: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows
-right click on 'Windows' and select New > Key and name it DWM.
create a Dword 32bit values and name it HideBlur.
change the value to 1.
6-Restart and voila
